Outside—besides having the wide open spaces of Manzanita Beach with 7 miles of hard packed sand so you can run kites or ride bikes—there is an outdoor shower in the back for rinsing off all the salt and sand from wet suits. There is a narrow deck in front to
welcome you back from all your beach walks.
Inside there is a very nicely upgraded living room, dining room, and tiled kitchen that make you feel at-home and comfortable as soon as you open the front door.
There are two bedrooms with queen beds and a “kids’ room” with a pyramid bunk. A pyramid bunk has a double bed on the bottom and a twin bed on top. On the other side of the kids’ room is a single bed—so you are set for four in this room.
The one full bath has a shower/tub combination. Surprise for you, there is a laundry room with utility sink—and another toilet. This creative half-bath offers some relief for the main bath.
