  The accomodations were exceptional, clean and comfortable with all the comforts of home. Loved the fireplace and well-stocked kitchen. It was a treat to come to a "dog friendly" home, our 4-legged kids enjoyed themselves as much as we did. A walk or run on the sandy beach is a must! A great place to escape and rejuvenate!

  Home was well decorated, clean an fairly spacious. It would be easier to keep clean if all of the electronics cords were off the floor. I swept daily but did not pick up the cords which attracted dust bunnies.

  The townhome is very nicely decorated with new furnishings. Very nice towels...loved that! Kitchen is fairly well equipped with plenty of dishes. It would be nice if the table actually sat 6 people since that is how many people can stay at the house. We
  enjoy cooking and like to sit down as a family for meals. Nice short walk to the beach which in usual Manzanita fashion, welcomed us with beautiful weather for the week we were there.

  Quiet, clean and comfortable. A nice place to come back to after a day of hiking or beach combing.

    When people have difficulties with tV's and they call us, we always come out to see if we can help. It is up to the owners whether or not there is WIFI in the house.

  A lovely home in perfect condition with everything we could possibly need. We feel very lucky to have chosen Pelican Perch—the weather was terrible that week and the home WAS the vacation. We spent a lot of time reading by the fire and catching up on movies. When the rain let up, the beach was only a short walk away.

  We rent from Manzanita Rentals two to three times a year and I am so glad we tried OceanEdge. We were so happy with the staff and the home. Our family from Italy did not want to leave. Until next time. CHEERS!

  Our family loved this modern unit. It had the right amount of space and amenities to make a family of (4) and the dog feel comfortably at home. Location was right for us: One block from the beach , two blocks from the golf course and a 1/2 mile from the main part of town. One minor complaint was the elevator did not work during our visit. It was a minor inconvenience for us though.

    The owners of this property ask that the elevator be locked except for those who need it's use due to disability.
