  the sofa on the second floor should be replaced sink in and not comfortable the two chairs were not great either ugly/dirtylooking new chair cover on wing chair would look much better, new sofa good. wished it were upstairs thats where the tv is one a little bigger would be nice too

    Cherry Circle has a spectacular setting, high above the beach with views forever and ever. This comfortable 3-bedroom, 2-bath home has a new couch in the living room, a sauna in the master bath, and an iDock in the loft area. The uppermost decks are fabulous for relaxing, enjoying the views, and hearing the roar of the ocean. Hope you come back soon.

  The house was amazing! Three levels and ocean view on two levels. Main level had master bedroom, bath and living room and kitchen.The upstairs had a great balcony and family room and two bedrooms and bath. The house is very open and light everyone had their own space while at the same time because of the openness you felt connected and not isolated. The beach is walking distance and Manzanita is a great beach.

    Cherry Circle is a great house for 6 people. Two more could conceivably go on the sleeper sofa in the loft, but it's hard to find a comfy sleeper sofa--so a head count of six works best. Just like you said, Cherry Circle truly is amazing and one of the very best assets is the deck off the upstairs loft. Wos--what a place for rest and relaxation. One note here: the woodstove is OUT OF ORDER, so no warming fires. You can take your firewood to the beach for a bonfire and marshmallow roast!

  We enjoyed our stay at Cherry Circle, however, we had some reservations about this property. It was advertised as sleeping eight people, which included a hide-a-bed that we found impossible to sleep on, either as a couch ( very uncomfortable ), or a bed. We were also disappointed in the view. The image displayed, was obviously taken nearby, but not from the property. Compared to other options, we felt Cherry Circle was over-priced.

    Oh, dear. You are right. We will begin advertising Cherry Circle for just six people. Sleeper sofas are never very comfortable and it sounds like this one has seen better days. Photos of views from our properties are always taken from the property itself. The photos even include power lines if they are there-we do not use photo-shopped pictures. I did take those pictures about four years ago. Im wondering if some trees have grown up. We will go back to check this.

  The rental was very nice. The only thing was a problem with the sofa on the main floor by the kitchen area. We were afraid to sit on the sofa for fear that we would rip through to the inside cushion. It was damaged when we got there. There also was no flashlight in the storage closet as indicated in the welcome notebook. Other than that, everything was great. Thank you. Sandy Pittenger

  We stayed here with 8 people. Although the house is not big, it handled it well. It's in a super quiet neighborhood with great views of the ocean. It sits up on a hill but still well protected from the wind. There's a path down a dune to get to the beach
  which was our 9-year boys favorite thing to do - running down the dune at full speed! It's steep coming up, but both my elderly parents and my disabled daughter were able to do it. After you take the trail to the beach (or the road), it's a short 5 minute
  walk to town. Previous reviewer said the beds were hard, but all the beds seemed very comfortable to us. (With the exception of the hide-a-bed in the loft, in which all the springs had worn out. We used it for the kids so they didn't mind.) We liked that the
  TV was up in the loft because the kids forgot about it and played games instead. Nice, well-equipped functional kitchen. Great vacation in Manzanita.

  Very nice place. I like being up high. Nice ocean views from the deck, and getting to the beach was an easy walk. Nice floor plan and comfortable for two families (we had two families with 2 kids each, so 8 total people). Beds were comfortable enough. House was pretty well-supplied, could use a few more knives, especially a chef's knife. Could also use an iphone/ipod-playing stereo (maybe a small dock-stereo downstairs) or an adapter for the older system that's there -- I doubt many people are bringing tapes on their vacations these dasy. Was clean enough though we noticed a lot of sand and dirt hiding under furniture. All in all though we loved the place. Oceanedge was also very responsive and flexible -- we had confused the dates and they readily accommodated us with an extra night. Great place, great vacation.

  This a wonderful place to stay, and is really comfortable.
  Best for 6 people though, as the family room hide-a-bed is really public. The people at OceanEdge are very professional and really ca about your comfort. I will definately rent from them again.

  We love Manzanita, a great town! The house was nice and spacious but wouldn't stay again for a few reasons. The "new" beds were hard as a rock. Not firm, but hard. The location had great views, and quiet nice neighborhood, but not great walking distance to either beach (very steep) or town. Management company very nice and helpful. Would try Ocean Edge again, but would look more carefully at reviews and location.

  The upholstered furniture in this house is very worn. Everything else in the house is very nice. Beautiful view. Nice deck. The DVD players in the home were broken. Oceans Edge was very responsive to our call about this but time ran out and the players were not fixed before we left, understandably. So ask if they have been fixed before you rent if you want DVD players. The house seems to have new very hard beds, which we did appreciate, but the beds were so hard that everyone in the family, even kids, was complaining about back and neck aches. It would be nice if some sort of pillow top or foam mattress top could be put on the beds for a little cushioning. Dont get us wrong. We would rather have new beds than bad worn out old ones.

  It was very difficult to get to the beach. The sand was deep and walk was steep and not well marked. Otherwise the property location was very nice. A nice walk to town, quiet neighborhood! The beds could use some updating but overall it really was a nice house and I would rent it again!

  We've rented this house for 2 years and love it. The view is fabulous and the house is well equipped with a few notable exceptions. There is a small charcoal grill and the deck furniture should be upgraded. It is also a trip to the beach so not ideal for small children.

  House was big enough to sleep 6 comfortably, which was of primary importance. Priced reasonably. Was not as clean as other Ocean Edge properties I have stayed in, which are generally awe-inspiringly clean. While beach was close, access was tough. Best views are from the top floor, but we were unable to use upper level as social area as we were using the sofa bed as a bed, so that was unfortunate.

  Nice place. beautiful deck. Very clean. Coffe mugs were either china or tin cups...not great choices for those of us mug drinkers. While we didn't use it, if we were there longer it would have been better to have a larger TV on the main level for watching movies etc.
