OceanEdge Policies & Regulations

These policies and regulations are set by the homeowner, the rental agency, by city or county ordinance, or by state law.  If any policies are violated, the entire group may be asked to leave and forfeit all payments.  Violations may result in a $500 fine.   All OceanEdge properties are patrolled regularly.

RATES:  Super deals available October-April

• High Season Rates: May 1-October 1
• Low Season Rates: October 1-May 1 (excluding Holidays).

MINIMUM STAYS Two-night minimum.   Exceptions: Thanksgiving, 4 nights. Holidays, 3-4 nights. July-August, 7-nights.

CHECK-IN: 4:00 PM CHECK-OUT: 11 AM, SHARP  Upon 24-hour advance request, times may be adjusted October—May.

FEES SUBJECT TO CHANGE WITHOUT NOTICE.  RESTRICTIONS MAY APPLY. Reservations confirmed with 1/2 total fees.  Full payment due 61 days before arrival, that is, before final payment.  Non-refundable cleaning fee per house.  Damage insurance:  $50 per stay.  Missing keys: $100 charge.  Garage door opener: $150 deposit.

Trip Cancellation Insurance available at 7% of reservation. Covers medical, accidents, much more.

NO REFUNDS FOR SHORTENED STAYS.

• Refund ot total amount (-$100.00) for cancellation if property is re-rented.
• Full refund (-$100.00) for 60-day advance notice.

Mechanical breakdowns occur occasionally. OceanEdge does everything possible to repair or replace services in a timely manner. Due to our rural location, there are no guarantees. There are no discounts or refunds for mechanical breakdowns.

ALL HOMES
Smoke-free. Use ashtrays outside, please.

DW and W/D unless marked. TVs, DVD or VCR, CD unless stated in welcome letter. Kitchens are well supplied, dishwashers unless marked. Lots of small appliances. Bring napkins and bar soap.

Linens and towels provided. For summer stays, bring your own beach towels and blankets for outdoor use. If OceanEdge blankets have sand and bon fire smell, they will be dry cleaned at renter’s expense.

Car limits vary by property.  RVs and tents are prohibited. RVs may not be hooked up or parked at rental homes. Check with OceanEdge about parking if you are bringing a boat.  Some driveways are steep hills.

Dogs pre-registered with OceanEdge must have current flea treatment. There is an additional fee for bringing a dog. A dog free home means no dogs in or on the property, including cars. If dogs, not specifically pre-registered with OceanEdge are on any OceanEdge property, you will be asked to leave and forfeit your payments.  Violations are subject to fine.

Occupancy limits are strictly maintained. If your guests (including children) exceed the limit, you all will be asked to leave and forfeit your payments.  Violations are subject to fine.

No loud noises or music. Especially between 10 PM and 10 AM. Be courteous to your neighbors, many of whom are retired people who cherish their quiet. If you or your guests create excessive noise, you will be asked to leave and forfeit your payments.  Violations are subject to fine.

NO weddings, reunions, or large celebrations in OceanEdge properties. Any parties or celebrations need to be cleared by OceanEdge....or you may be asked to leave and forfeit your payments.  Violations are subject to fine.
