Just a half-block to the beach, and another half-block to the club house of the 9-hole Manzanita Golf Course. The single-car garage is a perfect spot for surfboards, bikes, and beach toys. The flat paved, dead-end street in front of the home is a great place for kids to ride bikes and scooters.
