From the spacious deck or from inside the big ocean view windows, you have an immediate view of the beach and can watch children making moats and sand castles, as well as all the other beach activities: kite flying, surfing, skid boarding.
An open kitchen, living, dining area has two couches and comfortable chairs. New floors everywhere, including the tiled entry.
Walk across Ocean Road (obscured by deck in photo) and you are on the beach, that fast.
