Stunning views due west. It doesn't get any better than this. You are out of the wind, two streets back from the beach AND you have glorious views! You can even spot a migrating whale spout off shore. There's a nice open lawn and a new deck is soon to be built (Fall of '07). With a new deck on the west side of this older bungalow, you will have a great spot for sunning and dining. Until the deck is built, you can BBQ on the front entry porch with a small charcoal BBQ. Follow a gentle slope from the parking spot down to the entry of this one level, one-bedroom home. You will be dazzled by the view from the spacious, open living room. The living room has comfortable love seats near the wood-burning fireplace, a great dining/game table, and the living room is so big, it even has day beds tucked into a corner in an L-shape. Couches by day, single beds by night. The kitchen is huge for a beach house. You could get some serious cooking and serious baking done in this space. This is a romantic hide-away for two, or a great spot for four with two in the queen bed and two sleeping in single beds in the living room. There's an updated bath and laundry (Fall of '07) off the bedroom. An older home - the owner even joked that we could call it "That 70s Place", but sparkling clean and really comfortable. The 70s surprise is a striped carpet (to be replaced after a year or two) and a fitted orange day-bed cover. Orange is coming back, did you know?
