We stayed at the Beach Bungalow for a week and loved it! The part of the beach with the closest access is very mellow - about 1 mile outside of the main part of downtown - so our dog could play and we could relax! The house is quirky with a lot of charm, and everything was clean and comfortable. I don't think the pictures do it justice... it's much sweeter than it looks online! We would definitely go back to the same spot in the future!
The house is in a great location, right by the beach at the quiet north end of town. It's a 15 minute walk down the beach to downtown. The lighting in the house is pretty pathetic (all overhead fluorescents) but otherwise fairly cozy with a decent kitchen. Dog friendly though a bit strict about sand and fur, and there is no enclosed outdoor space. Also, when we were there cooking supplies were nonexistent – bring your own salt and cooking oil!
We have stayed at this little spot 3 different times. We'll keep coming back. It's perfect for our needs!! Love the Beach Bungalow.
I look forward to another visit to this house when the weather is good enough to enjoy the grassy lawn in front. Reasonable price, helpful management company!
It was a perfect place for us to bring our 3 yr old granddaughter. We enjoyed our view as we ate & how close it was to the beach. The wood stove made for a cozy evening & the yard is perfect for someone with a dog!

While sweeping the floors we noticed a great deal of pet hair...and we have no pets! I think an updated, good quality vacuum cleaner would be a fantastic investment for this property.
Overall we had a great stay. I did miss having an oceanview deck though, and it was too far to walk downtown to get coffee or eat.
Overall the place is adorable and well maintained. We will be back! Great beach access and view. FYI: the couches could use a vaccuming, they were both was pretty dusty, especially the large one. The stove/oven is a bit sketchy, the left back burner didn't work and it was difficult to tell when something was off or on without feeling for the temp.
Wonderful home with very large open area for relaxing or playing games with friends and family. Came with every kitchen item you could want. The sheets, blankets and pillows were all very clean and in like new condition. There were bookcases lined with books that were entertaining, not for their literary value, but for their beach campyness. A fine engineering family must have lived there at one time as the house has even the tinyest detail figured out!

We had a great time. The place was comfortable & incredibly clean. The interior design has to be mentioned--many oddities, but very charming.
Sectional was very dusty. I vacuumed it because of allergies. Both bathroom sinks were very slow to drain. No space for putting groceries away, as there was so many dishes, bowls etc... Not enough recycle bins. Thank you again. Loved it.

We prefer the beach side of the street but aside from that this property was a great second choice... the property we usually rent underwent a change in rental company and our reservation had to be re-booked on late notice, thanks for saving our Summer with a great little property.
Please get us a operations manual of the oven.
This cabin was funky in the best possible beach way..good location and nice views,,safe for kids and pets as no traffice or immediate beach access. Price was great.
